Customer Service?

Ok first of all let me say if anyone out there has verizon wireless all I can say is good luck!!!!  I had them for 5 years and all I can say is wow.  I got a phone and supposedly it was the "top of the line"...well lets see 5 phones later and hours on the phone with various customer service reps. I am done.  I was told by one representative that "Ma'am you are one person in a multi million dollar company, do you really think that what you pay makes a difference?  Pretty sure we survived before you and will survive after you as well"  HMMMMM.....I have worked in customer service for 15 years and most of those years in managment, all I can say is if someone under me ever treated a customer like that they would have been fired.  Well now I am done and I am with Sprint....I guess all is well that ends well right?

My first term of school...done!!!!

Ok so this year I really wanted to make some of my new years resolutions acutally happen.  One of my resolutions was to go back to school.  Ok this is a really scary thing when it has been so long...13 years to be exact.  I love my job and what I do so I decided to become a certified optometric tech and get my prereq. done for graduate school for Optometry.  I am doing online classes which are nice cause it allows me to work and be a mommy....but wow does it leave me worn out.  I work all day come home for mommy time and after the girls are in bed mommy stays up and does her homework.  Well I am proud to say I survived the first term with A's in both classes...yippee!!!!  Now I have a break for the summer ....school again in September.  I really wish I would not have waited for so many years but I guess what they say is true....better late than never!!!
